About me
I’m Annemarieke van Peppen — artist, collector of fragments, and storyteller. For thirty years I’ve been turning images, experiments and memories into works you can hang, wear, and share.
Beginnings

In 1995 I had my first exhibition — blown-up Polaroids, raw and uncertain. That show was the start of a journey where vulnerability and experiment have always been part of my work.
Experiments and growth

Over the years my practice expanded — from intimate portraits to large installations, from canvas to wearable pieces. Always searching, always layering, always questioning what art can be.
I’M NOT CHASING ART.
I’M MAKING SENSE OF MYSELF, THE WORLD AND ALL THAT DOESN’T QUITE FIT.
MATERIALS CHANGE, THE NEED DOESN’T.
THIS IS HOW I SPEAK
Now & Why it matters

Today I share my work as prints, wearable art and unique pieces. Not just to celebrate thirty years of making, but to keep the next thirty in motion. Each piece you collect supports me directly, and keeps the story alive.
